- 2 parts TX Whiskey
- 2 parts Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 part Lemon Juice
- 0.5 part Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1 Rosemary sprig – for garnish
Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- Handful of rosemary sprigs
Combine ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes and fine strain.
Shake all cocktail ingredients with ice. Strain into a fresh glass, and enjoy.
