Blueberry & Lavender Honey Syrup:
Simmer 1 cup honey, 1 cup blueberries, 0.5 cups water,
and 0.25 cups dried lavender flowers for 20 minutes and strain.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, fill with ice, and shake until well-combined.
Strain over fresh ice in a glass and garnish with lemon and blueberries.
